SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Keeping your website at the top of a search query (organically) is accomplished with SEO, one of the most powerful tools in your web presence toolbox. SEO keeps your site up to date with the current SEO algorithms including enhancements to your mobile site, keeping your content fresh and relevant, adding images or videos or using new keywords, and backend SEO (meta tags, etc.). Implementing these tasks will maximize your online presence, bring visitors to your site, engage customers, and ultimately produce conversions. We will proactively update your website with new tools, adding images, using new keywords and adding content.

SEO for your website is a lot like gasoline for your automobile. Depending on how far you want to go and how quickly you want to get there will determine your budget.

Website Maintenance & Support

Your website is always changing, being updated and responsive to promotions and campaigns. We take the pain out of understanding how all of your current web technologies work together. Our team is fully trained and supervised. Work is checked checked and doubled checked before presenting completed work back to you.

We understand that maintenance items need to be updated quickly and we ensure a quick turnaround time. We will accommodate emergency turn a rounds when needed.

*Plans are paid quarterly at the beginning of each calendar quarter.

Maintenance & Support

Our ongoing website maintenance &support is geared to provide strategic support along with maintenance, to provide direction and best practices direction whether you’re changing website layout, modifying content, changing navigation, or adding new images. We’llprovide support whether we initiate or you do.

One-hour maintenance and halfone-hour support  —  $120 monthly

Two hours maintenance and one-hour support — $220 monthly

Three hours maintenance and two hours support  —  $435monthly

Security Protection Plan — $125/month

We keep your website up-to-date, secure, and bug-free.

Our proactive approach to security combines finding and fixing potential threats (like security patches and updates to Word Press) before they become a problem. We also provide security monitoring so that in the unfortunate event that a hacker does get onto your site, we will go in and clean up your site and the server at no extra cost to you.

If these updates are not performed it can make your website a target. Our on-going Security Protection Plan gives you the assurance that your website is always up to date and secure because we will provide version updates, plugin updates and upgrades, and hardware maintenance.If we see a smarter or more economical method, we’re the first to tell you.

(Usually 4 -6 hours quarterly)

Once we have an established relationship, if you want your website to flourish, then you need to test and improve your site consistently. We track and measure everything. You won’t believe the interesting things we can learn about your site and its visitors. And, based on the feedback your users provide, we improve your website accordingly.

Google rewards sites that are mobile-friendly with a special tag and better rankings. Testing and improving increases conversions and ultimately sales.

This is an alternative to on-going SEO and/or Web Support plans.

Website hosting with DMMS includes unlimited email accounts, if desired. A minimum of bi-weekly back-ups of entire website.

Weekly review of performance, twice a month, adjustments to existing campaign. Adjustments include changes to text ads, call outs, performance monitoring of conversions, click, impressions, ratios, A/B testing of ads, Google Analytics conversion review, adjust conversions or make new, enhancements of new Google features and updates, and monthly reporting.

Re-Marketing is a clever way to connect with visitors to your website who may not have made an immediate purchase or inquiry. It allows you to position targeted ads in front of a defined audience that had previously visited your website – as they browse elsewhere around the Internet.

INCLUDED: Once a month adjustments will be made to campaign, a weekly review of performance. Adjustments include changes to text on ads &images, ad extensions, performance monitoring, A/B testing of ads, dynamic landing pages, Google Analytics conversion review, enhancements of new Google features, reporting.

Content and Graphics

We help generate compelling content and graphics to keep visitors coming back to your website and building a relationship with your brand. Content is still “King” and now is monitored and measured by relevancy.

Content writing includes gathering necessary concepts from client, researching competition, including core business concepts that reflect branding and imaging desired by business, providing specific and targeted keywords so the deliverable end product is relevant content which is necessary for website engagment and SEO.–$225 per page
